Program Description: Julie Hair Braiding LLC sends text messages to people who agree to receive them. We use text messages to confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up after your visit, and share special offers when you have opted in to receive them.

How to Sign Up: You can sign up for text messages by entering your phone number in our booking form and checking the box that says you agree to receive texts from us.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may change based on your bookings and activity.

To StopReply STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, we will not text you again.

1. About Julie Hair Braiding LLC

Julie Hair Braiding LLC is a hair braiding salon located at 3900 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224. We offer knotless braids, boho braids, box braids, Fulani braids, locs, twists, cornrows, and more. We are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.

2. Use of Our Website

Our website is for people who want to learn about our services and book an appointment. You may not use our website to do anything that is illegal or harmful. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content from our website without our written permission.

We may update, change, or take down any part of our website at any time without notice.

3. Appointments

When you book an appointment, you are reserving time with a stylist just for you. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee. The deposit you paid to book your appointment is non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Your final price may be different based on your hair length, thickness, and the style you choose. Your stylist will tell you the final price before starting. You will never be surprised with a higher price after the service is done.

5. Payments

We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. That deposit goes toward your total. We use a secure third-party payment system. We do not store your card number.

6. Service Results

We do our best to give you great results every time. Hair braiding results can vary depending on your hair type, texture, and how you care for your braids after the appointment. We are not responsible for results that are affected by things outside our control, such as your hair type or care after the service.

If you are not happy with your service, please tell us before you leave. We will do our best to fix any concerns at that time.

7. Photos and Videos

We may take photos or videos of finished hairstyles to share on our website or social media. We will always ask for your permission before sharing your image. If you do not want us to take or share photos of you, just let us know.

8. Limitation of Liability

Julie Hair Braiding LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that is not directly caused by our services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in our salon. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Julie Hair Braiding LLC is not responsible for any damages that go beyond the amount you paid for the service in question.
